Современные подходы к прогнозированию кардиальных осложнений у больных ишемической болезнью сердца

В обзоре литературы представлены современные подходы к профилактике ишемической болезни сердцa, основанные на доклинической диагностике предикторов наибольшей вероятности развития кардиальных событий (внезапной смерти, инфаркта миокарда, нарушениях ритма и проводимости сердца). В качестве вероятных критериев могут быть использованы методы инструментальной (ЭКГ, ЭХОКГ, нагрузочные тесты, стресс-ЭхоКГ) и лабораторно-биохимической диагностики (показатели свёртывающей и фибринолитической систем крови, перекисного окисления липидов, антиоксидантной защиты, калликреин-кининовой системы). Среди высоко информативных диагностических методов широкое применение находят ультразвуковая, ядерная диагностика, компьютерная томография, коронароангиография. Современная доклиническая диагностика и прогнозирование - ключ к эффективной адекватной профилактики и лечению.
