Медикаментозное лечение артериальной гипертензии у больных пожилого возраста

В обзоре представлены результаты современных исследований, посвящённых лекарственному лечению артериальной гипертонии (АГ) у лиц пожилого возраста. Указаны основные группы гипотензивных препаратов (тиазидовые диуретики и антогонисты кальция), рекомендуемых для лечения АГ данной возрастной категории. Отмечена целесообразность назначения комбинированной терапии с использованием меньших и фиксированных доз гипотензивных препаратов, при умеренной и тяжёлой степени артериальной гипертонии у данной группы больных.
