Видеоэндоскопические методы нефрэктомии при доброкачественных заболеваниях почек

В обзоре литературы представлены различные методы нефрэктомии при доброкачественных заболеваниях почек, включая традиционные открытые операции, а также лапароскопический и ретроперитонеоскопический доступы. Показано, что ретроперитонеоскопическая нефрэктомия является эффективным, безопасным и малоинвазивным методом, за счёт минимальной травматичности, хорошего обзора и удобства манипулирования по сравнению с открытыми хирургическими вмешательствами. Ретроперитонеоскопическая нефрэктомия может быть методом выбора и альтернативой традиционной открытой нефрэктомии при доброкачественных заболеваниях почек.
