НЕКОТОРЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИИ И ЭТИОПАТОГЕНЕЗА МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКОГО СИНДРОМА

Проведён обзор литературных данных по важнейшим аспектам эпидемиологии, факторам риска и патогенезу метаболического синдрома (МС). Выявлено, что МС встречается приблизительно у четверти населения земли, и, несмотря на проведение широкомасштабных лечебно-профилактических и оздоровительных мероприятий в мировом масштабе, число лиц с МС имеет тенденцию к ежегодному увеличению, в особенности среди молодого трудоспособного возраста. В его генезе имеет значение множество факторов риска, в том числе генетическая предрасположенность, низкая физическая активность, нерациональное питание, курение, кишечная микробиота, синдром обструктивного апноэ сна и другие, роль большинства их которых необходимо изучить более углублённо. Для диагностики МС предложено множество критериев, каждый из которых имеет свои преимущества и недостатки. При МС страдает большинство органов и систем, и при сочетанном вовлечении сердечно-сосудистой, эндокринной, мочевыделительной, пищеварительной и респираторной систем отягощается течение МС. В связи с вышеперечисленным, имеется основание для проведения дальнейших научных исследований по выявлению причин и факторов риска развития МС, разработке путей профилактики, превентивной диагностики и раннего лечения МС.
