РЕЗИСТЕНТНОСТЬ К АЦЕТИЛСАЛИЦИЛОВОЙ КИСЛОТЕ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ СЕРДЦА: ПРОБЛЕМЫ ПОСЛЕОПЕРАЦИОННОГО ПЕРИОДА АОРТОКОРОНАРНОГО ШУНТИРОВАНИЯ

В данном обзоре представлены проблемы, связанные с резистентностью к аспирину, которые приводят к возникновению раннего тромбоза шунтов после операции, а также вопросы этиологии, патогенеза, диагностики и профилактики тромботических осложнений после аортокоронарного шунтирования, которые до сих пор остаются не решёнными.
