Фертильность и лимфома Ходжкина

В обзоре представлены результаты исследований российских и зарубежных учёных, посвящённых изучению влияния химиолучевого лечения на фертильность онкологических больных, в частности больных лимфомой Ходжкина (ЛХ), пубертатного и репродуктивного возраста. Освещаются возможные методы сохранения детородной функции в зависимости от возраста, социального статуса женщин, а также пути мониторинга повреждения гонад в ходе лечения у пациенток с лимфомой Ходжкина. Отмечается преимущество применения аналогов агонистов гонадотропин-релизинг гормона (ГнРГ) с целью гонадопротекции во время терапии, а также важность внедрения криоконсервации тканей гонад до лечения и применения вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий (ВРТ) для реализации детородной функции у больных ЛХ после излечения.
