Биохимические маркёры в диагностике нарушений ремоделирования костной ткани при остеопорозе

В обзоре представлены результаты научных исследований российских и зарубежных учёных, которые посвящены диагностике нарушений метаболизма костной ткани, возникающих при остеопорозе. Исследователи выделяют две группы маркёров костного обмена: маркёры костеобразования и маркёры резорбции кости. В приведённой статье даются ссылки на использование указанных биохимических показателей как в диагностике остеопороза, так и в оценке эффективности антирезорбтивной терапии.
