Организация помощи пострадавшим в дорожно-транспортных происшествиях за рубежом

Дана характеристика и приведены модели организационной системы помощи пострадавшим в дорожно-транспортных происшествиях в экономически-развитых, развивающихся и странах с низким уровнем экономического развития. В процессе исследования, учитывая динамику и тенденции дорожно-транспортного травматизма, нами выделена наиболее оптимальная и эффективная модель организации помощи травмированным в современных условиях.
