Современное состояние проблемы лечения язвенных кровотечений желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки

В обзорной статье проанализировано современное состояние проблемы лечения острого гастродуоденального кровотечения (ГДК) язвенной этиологии. Ежегодная заболеваемость язвенной болезнью (ЯБ) достигает 0,17%. Наиболее частым осложнением ЯБ является ГДК, частота которого по данным разных авторов составляет от 20 до 100 и более случаев на 100 000 населения. Наиболее важным методом диагностики и лечения язвенного кровотечения (ЯК) является эзофагодуоденоскопия. Частота рецидивов гастродуоденальных ЯК различна и классифицируется по Forrest. Эффективность лечения ГДК значительно увеличивается при использовании комбинации эндоскопического гемостаза или хирургического лечения с применением антисекреторных препаратов.
