ТРАНСКАТЕТЕРНАЯ ИМПЛАНТАЦИЯ АОРТАЛЬНОГО КЛАПАНА У ПАЦИЕНТА С АОРТАЛЬНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТЬЮ И LVAD: КЛИНИЧЕСКИЙ СЛУЧАЙ

В статье представлен клинический случай успешной транскатетерной имплантации аортального клапана (TAVI) у 60-летней пациентки с тяжёлой аортальной недостаточностью, развившейся через шесть лет после имплантации вспомогательного устройства левого желудочка (LVAD). Учитывая высокий хирургический риск, было принято решение о выполнении TAVI через бедренный доступ с использованием баллон-расширяемого клапана Myval™ (Meril Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., Vapi, Gujarat, India).
Процедура прошла без осложнений, в послеоперационном периоде отмечено значительное клиническое улучшение: снижение функционального класса сердечной недостаточности (NYHA IV → II), нормализация гемодинамики и отсутствие параклапанных утечек. Представленный случай подчёркивает эффективность и безопасность TAVI, как альтернативного подхода у пациентов с высоким операционным риском и подтверждает роль инновационных малоинвазивных методик в лечении сложных сердечно-сосудистых патологий. Процедура проведена при наличии информированного согласия пациентки на обработку персональных данных.
