TRANSPLANTATION OF HUMAN ORGANS AND TISSUES: HISTORY AND LAW REGULATION

The Law “About Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues” 30 July 2007 at Republic of Tajikistan must iniciate forming suitable service in the Republic. For the realization of the Law it need to receive programmes on development of system of organ donority and transplantology, working out sublaw normative acts. Especialy it must to pay attention to kadres and material support of this branch.
