MODERN STATE OF THE PROBLEM OF TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH HYPOSPADIAS

The article presents data on modern literature on the prevalence, aetiology, diagnosis, classification and treatment of patients with various forms of hypospadias. Different management approaches, as well as some contestation about the arrangement of diagnosis patients with hypospadias were analyzed. As the having data shows the surgical treatment of hypospadias does not lead to the restoration of the aesthetic and functional component of the process, with the result that optimization of surgical treatment in contemporary conditions it remains the actual task of reconstructive-plastic surgery and urology
