PRACTICE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF REMOTE EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS BY INSURANCE ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF COMPULSORY AND VOLUNTARY HEALTH INSURANCE (CASE-STUDY)

Objective: Consider the practice in the implementation of a remote educational project: «Compulsory and voluntary health insurance: for doctors and patients», which is pilot and implemented in some regions of the Russian Federation with the cooperation of several insurance companies.

Methods: The process of training for the health insurance sector, the Laws of the Russian Federation, professional and educational standards, other documents, regulating the process of training and qualification development of specialists were analyzed. Content-analysis of practical examples of the implementation of the process of training health insurance professionals was also carried out.

Results: Provided the main stages of distance learning, methodical materials, developed for the study, control-measuring materials, etc. The results of the survey on the degree of trainee’s satisfaction with the learning process are also supplied.

Conclusion: The implementation of the project made it possible to make a proposal to the federal government to develop a federal educational system to improve insurance literacy in the field of compulsory and voluntary health insurance.
