CONTEMPORARY ASPECTS OF COMPLEX DIAGNOSTICS AND SURGICAL TREATMENT POSTOPERATIVE BILIARY PERITONITIS
In the work the results of complex diagnostics and surgical treatment of 140 patients with postoperated biliar peritonitis were analized. The authors showed that in 81,1% of cases the cause of postoperated biliar peritonitis was tactic and technic medical mistakes. Effective method of yearly diagnostics of this complication is USR and laparoscopy wich allows to make relaparotomy opportunely
