Evaluation of medication «Corvitin» in complex treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction
This article presented the efficacy of the medication «Corvitin» in complex therapy of 70 patients with acute myocardial infarction by assessment of heart rate variability disturbances, the central mechanisms of regulation of cardiac rhythm and autonomic balance. Appointment of Corvitin with the standard therapy in acute myocardial infarction prevents the disorders of relationship between the central regulation of heart rythm and peripheral intracardial reception, which leads to an increase in heart rate variability, decreased hyperactivity of the sympathetic nervous system and thereby reduces the risk of lethal outcome in these patients.
