IMMUNOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION OF CENTRAL LYMPH AND PERIPHERIAL BLOOD IN PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANT GROWTH BEFORE AND AFTER RETROGRADE ENDOLYMPHATICAL POLYCHEMITHERAPY

S.R. Rasulov, D.Z. Zikiryahojaev

Under the generalization of tumour process the tendency to decreasing the number of T- and Bcells, increasing T-supressors and immunoglobulines, especially IgG and IgM. It was shown that in patient with cancer of mammalian gland, stomach, lung and pancreas of III-IV stages there are increased number of T-supressors (66,7%), apoptosis (70%), NK-cells (70%) and Ig (54,5-72,2%); increased number of T-helpers (90%), T-cells (50%) and receptors to IL-2 (60%). After the treatment there was increasing number of T-cells, T-helpers, NK-cells and IL-2, and decreasing apoptosis were observed. The authors made immunological investigation of central lymph first. They showed that indexes of T- and B-lymphocytes, and T-supressors in central lymph was less than in blood of patients with malignant tumours, although the number of T-helpers was more in lymph
