SYSTEM OF EXTRALOCAL OSTEOSYNTHESIS: POSSIBILITY AND PERSPECTIVES UNDER THE TREATMENT OF BONE FRACTURES OF EXTREMITIES IN YEARLY STAGE OF TRAUMATICAL DESEASE
The results of extralocal osteosynthesis (EO) by apparatus of different constructions in 250 patients (268 operations) with isolated closed, opened, plural fractures and complex injures of skeleton were investigated. The analysis of clinical material was shown that purulent necrothical complications were in 77 (30,8%) patients wich did not negative influence on results of treatment. The EO method had high treatment effect in 97,6% cases of fractures.
