CONTEMPORARY ASPECTS OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF COMPLICATED HAEMORRHOIDS
Complex diagnostics and surgical treatment of 600 patients with haemorrhoids and its complications show that it is necessary to put not only stages and concomitant diseases of anal channel, but also morphological clinical alterations at distal part of rectum. Working out classification of haemorrhoids has role for differential approach to choice of operation method in dependence from abserved infractions that allows to improve results of surgical treatment and rehabilitation of the patients.
