HISTORICAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF FORENSICS OF ABILITY TO WORK
In the article one of not worked out problem was approached, namely the problem of scientific research in the sphere of forensics of gravity of damage to health – absence of clear uniformed conception of the term “ability to work”. In the article analytical review of historical premises of rise of “economical criterion” and “Summary table of percents of disablement” under determination of degree of the damage done to health was made, and the analysis of information for value different points of view of lawfulness and expedience of the use.
