SANITARY HYGIENIC VALUE OF LABOUR CONDITIONS AND THE MORBIDITY OF INFECTIONISTS OF REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN
Basic unfavourable factors of labour conditions of infectionists are biological, chemical, uneven and irregular distribution of lading in working day, nerve-mental lading, long continuous work, muscular overstrain, tension of visual and aural analyzators. The results of investigation showed that in the structure of illness with disablement in physicians the diseases of respiratory organs are 62%, diseases of heart vascular system 25%, diseases of urine sexual system 6%, and the other 7%. On the date of direct polling it was shown that chronic pathology in physicians was more 26% than on the date of medical documentation.
