THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL HYGIENIC FACTORS ON HEALTH AND PHYSICAL GROWTH OF THE CHILDREN OF DUSHANBE
More than 3000 pupils of Dushanbe were investigated for determination of indexes of physical growth. In all groups decreasing of growth and mass in comparison with children of the 80s XX c., especially in the adolescent age was observed. The factors influencing on physical status (the standard of education of parents, the character of nutrition, hygienic education, number of children in family, sanitary level, living standard) were showed. The amount of children with morphological functional abnormalities in different groups was 28-40%, with chronic diseases 20-39%. Aforesaid dictates the necessity to further study of peculiarities of physical growth of pupils in connection with social hygienic conditions, and to work out measures for preventing morbidity.
