THE MISTAKES IN DIAGNOSTICS AND THERAPY UNDER BRONCHIAL ASTHMA
The author analyzes diagnostic and clinical mistakes on pre- and hospital stages in patients with bronchial asthma (BA); 335 patients in age from 17 to 67 years were investigated. Some time other diseases have the mask of malaria – syndrome of bronchial obstruction: cancer 37 (11%), tuberculosis 157 (47%), respiratory neurosis 3 (1%). The mistakes under the treatment BA are defects of basic therapy 254 (76%), not using inhalation of corticosteroids 318 (95%). The knowledge of the physicians on symptoms of BA and contemporary diagnostic methods promotes early diagnostics, rational therapy and prevents the complications.
