MORPHOLOGICAL ALTERATIONS OF BRONCHI-MUCOSE UNDER COMPLICATED ECHINOCOCCOSIS OF LUNG
The author analyzed results of bronchoscopy diagnostics with morphological verification of 97 patients with complicated echinococcosis of lung (CEL). Fibro-bronchoscopy is high informative method of CEL-diagnostics. This may show clinical morphological alterations at trachea-bronchial tree under the pathology, and the other actual diagnostics-methods have no any effect. Hystological analysis of bronchus-bioptates showed congruence between endoscopical variations and morphological alterations of bronchus-wall under CEL: katarrhal 40%, purulent 53%, fibrinosis-ulceral 7%.
