RESULTS OF SURGICAL TREATMENT UNDER TYPHOID PERITONITIS
In the article the information about of surgical treatment of 127 patients with typhoid peritonitis hospitalised in 1996-2007 at the Dushanbe Town Clinical Hospital was given. The diagnostics of typhoid peritonitis is based on complex-use of methods: USI, round-up roentgenogram of abdomen, laparoscopy, laboratory analysis. Authors at first for abdomen-purification used new antiseptic of polyvalent effect Decasan that with intra-portal transport of antibacterial preparations allows to improve immune system by use USI of blood and to decrease the number of bad results from 26 to 14%.
