L.M. Saifiddinova, N.P. Artykova

In the information review contemporary investigations of biochemical properties and the volum of amniotic fluid in the end of pregnancy and in labour with child. The determination of the level of glucose, creatinine and urea in near foetus waters as a feater of the alteration of foetus metabolism. Oligohydramnios (less 500 ml) in the end of the pregnancy may be under the retention of the foetus, overpregnancy, the developmental anomaly of kidney and GIT of the foetus. Hydramnion may be under intrafoetus infection and developmental anomaly of nervous tube. USI for the determination of the volume of near foetus waters and the index of amniotic fluid is important diagnostical test. The result has importance for form of foetus metabolism.
