THE TACTIC OF SURGICAL AND REHABILITATION TREATMENT OF CHRONIC HEMATOGEN OSTEOMYELITIS IN CHILDREN
The analysis of the treatment of 92 patients with chronic hematogen osteomyelitis (CHO) of different forms and localization is given. The tactic is used at complex surgical therapy in 66 patients (106 operations) and conservative therapy in 26 patients with CHO and complications (38 cases). The effect is very high: good and satisfactory results are 89,3%.
