STUDY OF ACUTE TOXICITY OF TINCTURE "RAMIT"

The article is dedicated to study of toxicity degree of tincture "Ramit" depending from ways of injection and lethal dosis (LD). The tincture consist of 16 plants of tajik flora. It is injected in mixture with sunflower oil (1:1) in 1 ml/25-30 g mouse mass or on 100 g rat mass through 30-40 min. LD50 for white mice is equal: intragastrically 16,4 mg/kg, subcutaneous 13,3 mg/kg; LD100 - intragastrically 20,4 mg/kg, subcutaneous 16,5 mg/kg; for white rats LD50 is equal: intragastrically 50,6 mg/kg, subcutaneous 58,0 mg/kg; LD100 - intragastrically 54,4 mg/kg, subcutaneous 51,2 mg/kg. Intragastric injection of the preparation in doses 20, 30 and 50 mg/kg mass in 5 months have no toxic effect on liver, neuroendocrine, cardiovascular, blood-forming and digestive systems.
