SURGICAL AND COMBINED TREATMENT OF SCAR STENOSES OF TRACHEA

Treatment tactics under scar stenoses of trachea was observed. Circular resection of trachea in 51 patients and in 18 with distal part of larynx was made. Complex treatment by combination of endoscopic methods and circular resection of trachea in 23 patients was made. Endoscopic treatment with use of bougieurage by tubus of rigid bronchoscope and lazer resection of fibre ring or re-canalization of oblitered part of trachea upper tracheostome with following introduction of line or T-form silicon stent was made. On a base of immediate and distant results indications to endoscopic and surgical methods of treatment were worked out. Types and terms of making of trachea endoprosthesis were determined, technical features of circular resection of trachea and larynx tracheal resection which promote improving of treatment results under scar stenoses of trachea third were made more precise.
