CHROMATOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTIC OF BUNIUM PERSICUM FLAVONOIDS SEED
Information about Bunium persicum (zira) flavonoids seed composition is given in this article. The qualitative and quantitative flavonoids characteristics are described chromatography methods. In vitro research shown that zira flavonoids seed composition can interact with heavy metals.
It was detected on flavonoids composition that zira seed have anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
