CLASSIFICATION OF LIVER ECHINOCOCCOSIS COMPLICATIONS
It has been analyzed more than 25 years experience of diagnostic and complex treatment of 942 patients with liver echinococcosis. Described the clinical meanings of 21 symptoms of liver echinococcosis complications by X-ray, examination (5), laparoscopy (7), US,CT,NMR (7), IR – spectrophotometer qualitative and quantitative analyze (2) and their informative and sensitivity/specificity have been studied. The classification of clinical forms of liver echinococcosis complications was developed according of which there are: acute, chronic-progressive, paragidatodose (local and general) complications and their academical meanings also have been studied.
