CLOSED INJURIES OF THE ABNORMAL KIDNEYS
The results of diagnosis and treatment of 19 patients with closed injuries of the abnormal kidneys are given in the article. The injuries diagnosis of the abnormal kidneys is obscured by combination of an injury and anomaly characteristics and it is required integrated use of the visualize survey techniques with CT.
The patients with kidney contusion underwent conservative treatment with the exception of 2 patients with contusion of hydronephrotic transformed kidney that leads to pelvis obstruction. These patients underwent the Anderson-Haynes operation with wound closure and kidney drainage.
A nephrectomy was performed in 2 patients with terminal hydronephrosis and kidney grumes tamponade and in 1 patient with kidney crushing that was operated earlier on obstructive ureterohydronephrosis.
Remote of 19 patients with closed injuries of the abnormal kidneys are considered as satisfactory. Arterial hypertension didn’t develop in any patient; urolithiasis was detected in 1 patient results with a sole kidney megaureter.
