THE INFLUENCE OF DRY HYPERLIPOIDEMIC CHOLELITHOGENIC DIET ON CONTENT OF BILE ACIDS BEHAVIOR AND OTHER COMPONENTS OF BILE IN EXPERIMENTAL HAMSTERS
Information about the influence of hyperlipoidemic cholelithogenic diet on content of bile acids behavior and other components of bile in experimental hamsters, by the use of some biochemical methods, and also gas chromatobiochemical analysis, is given in this article.
The total content of bile acids decreased by 3 times (Р<0.0001) and the concentration of phospholipids almost by 2,5 times (P<0.001). The cholatocholesterol coefficient in control animals decreased by 2,5 times (Р<0.001).
Keywords: bile acids, hyperlipoidemic cholelithogenic diet .
