THE PECULIARITIES OF PURULENT SKIN AND HYPODERMIC TISSUE DISEASES IN THE FAMILY DOCTOR PRACTICE
n present work the authors developed a therapy algorithm in 60 patients with purulent skin and hypodermic tissue diseases (PSHTD) in combination with diabetes mellitus, bronchial asthma and peripheral circulation disturbance.
The algorithm includes complex antioxidant therapy, 2% Argosulfan local administration and internals chronic disease timely correction.
It was determined general condition improvement, edema, wound hyperaemia and purulent discharge reduction in the PSHTD patients who underwent to this therapy as compared with conventional therapy patients.
In consideration of the PSHTD therapy algorithm efficiency it can recommend to use this algorithm in family doctor practice.
