A METHOD OF TREATING A PATHOLOGICAL FRACTURE AND FALSE JOINTS DUE TO HEMATOGENOUS OSTEOMYELITIS IN CHILDREN
We analyzed the results of treatment of 12 children with pathological fractures and false joints in the background of hematogenous osteomyelitis with use of autologous bone marrow. Studies have shown that autotransplantation of bone marrow in the treatment of children with pathological fractures and false joints in the background of hematogenous osteomyelitis is highly effective. The advantage of the proposed method, especially in a small trauma, all stages of the operation carried out simultaneously, using uncultivated and autologous bone marrow cells.
