THE WAYS OF PREDICTION AND PREVENTION OF COMPLICATIONS CAUSED BY RENAL STATUS OF CHILDREN ON THE OPERATING TABLE

Analysis of lumbotomy in children with renal position on the operating table showed that the cause of postoperative complications, as the line of sutures after lumbotomy purposefully not been studied, although a wealth of experience in detecting suppurative processes in the wound caused by non-physiologic position of sick children on the operating table.

The authors based on their own and a retrospective analysis of 1811 lumbotomy operated on for nephrolithiasis and congenital kidney disease, over the past 10 years, with a view to finding an effective system of forecasting complication developed a scheme the patient's position on the operating table. Using this tactic helped reduce complications related to lumbotomy from 12.79% to 5.84%.
