Complex diagnosis and treatment of neurodystrophic lesions of hands and feet
The clinical and radiological diagnosis of neurodystrophic lesions of hands and feet in various stages of currency, concomitant diseases and osteoporosis in 88 patients, aged over 40 years studied in article. The basic principles of the pathological process prevention in emergency assistance to suffered patients was justified. Complex conservative treatment was performed taking in account the stage of neurodistrophy. In studying of the immediate and remote results the authors obtained positive results of treatment in 95.2% of patients.
