Current status of the issue surgical treatment of wounds and wound infections
The work devoted to the effective treatment of wounds and wound infections in patients with defects of skin, soft tissue and bone. Based on the experience of surgical treatment 305 patients developed original techniques of septic wounds closure of various origins and locations, using the flaps with a diffuse type of blood supply, split thick skin plasty and flaps with an axial type of blood supply. Results of surgical treatment show a recovery of patients in the shortest period of stay.
