About interrelation of the metabolic syndrome and the gout

Review devoted to questions of various metabolic disorders, such as adiposity, dislipidaemia, diabetes 2 types, arterial hypertension at gout patients was presented. Attention is given for interrelation of purin exchange with features of these disorders. Continuously increasing interest to this problem last years, development of modern technologies and growing number of the serious researches devoted to the gout and metabolic syndrome, allows hoping for progressive expansion of our knowledge and clinical possibilities.
