About the compensatory-adaptive function of single kidney during disadaptation to the high-mountain condition (experimental work)

S.G. Mukhamedova, R.S. Mirakov

Results of the study of hemodynamics and partial functions in a solitary kidney of nephrectomized dogs during the period of disadaptation to the high-mountain conditions found some features of their changes. The acute increase of renal function in the early period of disadaptation noted severity of renal failure. Most of the indicators of functional activity of the remaining kidney at the end of the period of exclusion had a tendency to normalization. Studied the process of normalization functions after the descent of the animals into the valley were clearly less pronounced, ie, inhibited than in animals of a similar experiment carried out in the valley.

Keywords: single kidney, nephrectomy , adaptation and disadaptation to high-mountain condition.
