Complex treatment of acute sensor -neural hearing loss using intravascular blood photomodification
Acute sensor-neural hearing loss is characterized by the disorders in mononuclear phagocytes system, which is an important part of the pathogenesis of this disease. Clinical and immunological comparison the groups of patients with conventional therapy and patients receiving combined treatment with the use of intravascular blood photomodification is conducted. The use of intravascular blood photomodification in the complex treatment of patients with sensor-neural hearing loss with acute greatly improves the functional activity of mononuclear phagocytes, which leads to more effective treatments, especially in the early stages of the disease.
Keywords: sensor-neural hearing loss , the system of mononuclear phagocytes, phagocytic activity, intravascular blood photomodification.
