Urgent neurovascular damage of upper limb in children

On an analysis of 130 available literature we were considered the frequency and causes of damage to neurovascular bundles of the upper extremities in children. Highlighted the various options associated injuries of vessels, nerves, tendons and bones and committed medical mistakes such as diagnostic, tactical, technical, organizational, expert, deontological, and iatrogenic. Outlines the various approaches of surgical tactics in injuries of neurovascular bundles of the upper limbs of children on an emergency basis. Identified gaps, relative to anatomical and physiological characteristics of the child's body, affecting the timely diagnosis, specific tactics, techniques and the exact amount of the implementation of operative intervention for such damages.
