Authors analyzed the results of study the features of clinical manifestations and diagnostics in 132 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding (GDUB) associated H. pylori, which were divided into two groups. The main group consisted of 81 patients who used the individual active management against H. pylori eradication therapy, taking into account the strain of HF and control group-consist of the 51 patients who used traditional therapy. The dependence of the clinical course of ulcer localization, the degree of persistence of infection has shown. Also found a correlation the type of ulcers and genotype microbial strain, and their influence on the intensity and volume of blood loss. It is shown that the use of eradication therapy in combination with modern antisecretory drugs can cause not only stop bleeding, but also to prevent its recurrence. In cases of continued bleeding, surgical treatment is indicated on the background of conservative therapy.
