Early operative treatment of congenital hip dislocation in children
The reseach is based on an analysis of surgical treatment of 79 children under 3 years with congenital hip dislocation. Time of observation - from 2 to 8 years. Found that the adductor myotomy and open reduction with capsuloraphy are less traumatic methods of surgical interventions. Open reduction with corrective osteotomy of femur (COF) and subcapsular acetabuloplasty of the acetabulum roof increases the degree of the head covering. After open reduction and COF in combine with limboplasty and capsuloraphy a dense bundle in the form of a roller is formed, and therefore the joint cavity is increased. Long-term results of surgical treatment were analyzed in 67 patients. Good results were obtained in 41 (61,2%) patients, satisfactory - in 20 (29,8%), unsatisfactory - in 6 (9.0%).
