Features of diagnosis and surgical treatment of acute cholecystitis in patients with viral hepatitis B and C
In this article the results of diagnostic and surgical treatment 76 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis on a background of related viral hepatitis B and C were analyzed. In depending on the version of gallbladder location, the degree of involvement of a bubble elements in pathological process, the state of the blood coagulation system immediately and definitive hemostasis of gallbladder bed by pneumo-termo-coagulation and plate «Tachocomb.» was used. Postoperative complications occurred in 9.2% of patients. The most common complications were arrosive bleeding in the early period after surgery and hepatocellular failure. The overall postoperative mortality was 7.4%.
