Physiology and pathology of endothelium

In the literature review presents current data on the physiology and pathology of endothelium. It is noted that endothelial dysfunction is a major pathogenetic mechanism in the development of many diseases, and more in-depth study of the morphofunctional structure of the vascular endothelium at different pathology may contribute to early diagnosis and prevention.
