S.H. Nazirov, N.I. Mustafakulova

The authors performed a comparative study of clinical currency features of cardiovascular dysfunction in 115 patients with isolated chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and combined with ishemic heart disease (IHD). The clinical picture of patients was the same type, the symptoms were persistence and expressed. Supraventricular, ventricular extrasystolya premature beats, full and partial blockade of the right bundle branch block, myocardial ischemic changes were detected in patients with COPD combined with IHD.

Echocardiographic signs of remodeling in the form of hypertrophy of the right heart, right ventricular dilatation and diastolic dysfunction of the right ventricle, were expressed more in patients with COPD combined with IHD than in patients with isolated form of it.

In patients with COPD combined with IHD a significant disturbance of bronchial patency hyper airy, reduced lung capacity, including forced and lung diffusion capacity were determined.

ECG monitoring has made it possible to identify the disturbances high degrees of gradation in patients of group II compared with group I patients.
