Treatment of patients with typhoid fever in depending on antibiotic susceptibility of isolated strains Sal. typhi

The article presents a comparative analysis of the sensitivity Sal. Typhi strains, isolated from 120 patients with typhoid fever to antimicrobial medications of phtorhinolon range (ciprofloxacin) and chloramphenicol (levomecitin) widely used before. It is proved in Republic of Tajikistan are circulates the strains of typhoid fever resistant to chloramphenicol (83,3%) and highly sensitive to ciprofloxacin (95%), which is confirmed by comparative analysis of the clinical currency of disease.
