Bacterial form CAP was detected in 50% of children, viral and bacterial infection - in 28.5%, atypical forms - at 17.3%, associated microbial landscape - at 41.4%, mainly in children with underlying conditions. High medical and social significance of infection in pathogenesis and prognosis of CAP determines the need for early and qualitative pathogen identification.
