General assessment of literature data confirms the existence of a number of difficulties and challenges in surgical rehabilitation of women with diseases of perineum - rectocele.

Fundamental work on this issue is almost absent, there is no single view on anatomical and functional changes that are not developed common indications for surgical treatment, not analyzes the causes of postoperative failure and long-term results. There is no single view of postoperative management of patients for their medical rehabilitation.
