Chair of Orthopedic dentistry

In the assessment of patients with endoparodontal teeth complications used as supports for fixed prosthetics, found that from 107 people a year after prosthesis periapical changes in prosthetic bridges were detected in 46.73% of the people and in 3 years after prosthesis - this increased to 53.27% of cases.
Thus, the timing of prosthetics at the previously poorly performed endodontic therapy abutment bridges affect the severity of clinical pathology of apical periodontitis and increase the risk of chronic process relapse.
Keywords: endoparodontal complications, orthopedic design, apical periodontitis.
